With hand picked binaural beats, she will dance with your chakras bringing them into balance so that the supreme kundalini energy may have a chance to climb up your spinal column resulting in more clarity, peace, intuition, love, and greater innerstanding. You'll be in a comfortable savasana pose for an hour, so bring any props you'd like to deepen your relaxation and enhance your personal experience (we have blankets and pillows in our wellness center if you forget to bring something )
After the activation, there will be a sharing circle for anyone who would like to share their experience or ask questions
