Service Description

A hands-on practice of the active labor options, created at the request of the mother's partner, to be able to feel more supportive during the birthing process. Practicing supportive holds, becoming familiar with your breathing rhythms, allows both of you to get a sense of timing for the process. The rehearsal lets your body memory guide you once actual labor begins. Both mothers and partners have said that they feel confident and more at ease entering into labor after taking this rehearsal training.
