Kit Spirit is a New York City healer and artist who’s practiced healing modalities for 15 years. After a series of near-death experiences and a battle with anxiety, depression, and physical symptoms (skin conditions and chronic pain), Kit went on a journey around the world to learn self-healing.
Today, he lives with vibrant health and channels his knowledge into healing workshop attendees. He has guided meditations at Shambala Gatherings in Sweden, Sandino World Improvement in Germany, and online. He helps you transform with intuitive healing and elements of other techniques: vipassana meditation, mind-body medicine, EMDR, EFT, Psych-K, NLP, inner child work, shadow work, voice dialoguing, Buddhist mindfulness, guided imagery and nutrition.
