WHO'S THE HOST?
Christopher  Cassim (AKA: Kit), is a meditation teacher who's been meditating for 15  years. Christopher was born in England and lived in New York City for  15 years. He struggled with anxiety disorders, depression, suicidal  thoughts and physical symptoms from the age of 18 to 32. He hit rock  bottom when he spent 6 months afraid to leave his Brooklyn apartment  during the daytime (agoraphobia).
Christopher  learned to manage his anxiety and heal his skin conditions, chronic  pain and tendonitis with natural healing modalities from the US, Europe,  India, and Australia. He was the founder of Think Clear Skin  (2017-2021), a meditation app for people with skin conditions. He's led  group meditations at Shambala Retreat Center (Sweden) and at Sandino  World Improvement (Germany).

- Intro Guidelines/ Boundaries (2 min.)
- Warm-Up Exercise (5-10 min.)
- Mindfulness Game #1 (15-25 min.)
- Break (5 min.)
- Mindfulness Game #2 (15-25 min.)
- Grounding Exercise (5 min.)
