FREE Transformational Healing Dance Intro Class - In Person

Please join us for FREE TRANSFORMATIONAL HEALING DANCE INTRO CLASS, holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life - body, mind, and soul. The class combines dance, healing arts and martial arts and will leave you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Everyone is welcomed, no prior experience required! It’s a non-impact class, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to your individual needs and abilities. Please register in advance as space is limited and is offered on a first come, first serve basis. ABOUT THE CLASS

• Our class is not about learning steps, it’s about revealing, recovering and re-discovering your natural intuitive movement.
• Every person can discover, explore, unleash, and enhance their individual potential to live a healthy meaningful life by engaging their senses and listening to their bodies
• We activate imagination and utilize diverse forms of freestyle improvisational dance, yoga and martial arts to a soundtrack of inspiring music, creating a barefoot celebration of the human spirit
• We will lead you on a ritual journey of physical and emotional transformation
• Through breath, sweat, and expression, you will gain an experience of yourself as pure powerful energy filled with joy
• We dance without mirrors to release judgement of ourselves and others
