Full Moon Sunrise Meditation with Sarah

Join Sarah October 17th for a sunrise sadhana (daily spiritual practice) meditation at Bowditch Point Park at the end of Fort Myers Beach. After parking and walking past the bathrooms, you'll see Sarah waiting for you in the white sand. She'll be offering a Meditation for Supernatural Powers. This includes a mantra to be chanted mentally and a mudra for your hands. Both are used to direct energy, however, it's optional! Use it as a tool for more structure or to add to your personal practice.

Please bring a chair, towel, or blanket, water, etc...anything to be comfortable on the beach in the sacred hours of our new day.
