You'll be in a comfortable savasana pose for an hour, so bring any props if you'd like to deepen your relaxation and enhance your personal experienceÂ
(we do have blankets and pillows in our wellness center if you forget to bring something )
After the activation, there will be a sharing circle for anyone who would like to share their experience or ask questionsÂ
