New Moon Women's Circle with Jennifer Schauer

Join us for the New Moon Women’s Circle on Sunday, June 14th, at 6:00pm. We will gather in circle, for a gentle body awareness meditation, this connects us to the ethereal body and softens the heart which in turn softens the central nervous system. We then gather in circle to share appreciation and gratitude, see the meaning in the moon, allow light movement in the body, set new moon intentions, move into journaling or stillness, and close with a sharing of wisdom. All women are welcome, if you so desire please bring a journal for reflection, and water to hydrate. The circles are intended as gatherings to know other heartfelt women.
