TUESDAY EVENINGS just before our Reiki Circle, we have a Qi Gong class from 5-6:15 PM led by JaySun Wechs!
JaySun is a certified Sheng Zhen Qi Gong and Tai Chi instructor. He has been practicing these arts for over fourteen years and has been teaching them for 8 years! There is no experience needed to try Qi Gong, all you need is an open mind and heart and a willingness to be curious.
