Reiki Class Levels I & II (February 07, 2021)

Reflections Healing Center is hosting a Reiki Level I & II Initiation class to become a Reiki practitioner. 

8 CE credits are available for Massage Therapists. CEBroker ID #20-803168. Provider # 50-30440.

It is a great time to be initiated into Reiki or be  re-initiated to enhance your ability to manage and channel energy. This  will allow you to help yourself and the people around you to heal and  evolve on a higher level than ever before.

This  is a retreat-like day when you are initiated into Reiki as a natural  healing practice. You will learn the history, application and effects of  this ancient art of healing. You will also have the opportunity to meditate, have a brief and gentle yoga practice, heal and relax.

This  Reiki Level 1 & 2 class combines teaching, discussion and hands on practice. You will learn how to administer Reiki treatments and how to use Reiki on yourself. By the end of the day you will be a Reiki  practitioner with the ability to heal yourself, others and even the  Earth.

Welcome and share time What is Reiki and the history of Reiki Everything is energy, everything is vibration Reiki principles Reiki Symbols including the Symbol for distance healing Becoming a Reiki practitioner Easy Stretching practice Meditation, relaxation, balancing chakras Meditations to center yourself and your intentions Attunement to Level 1 and 2 Learning the positions of the hands, feeling the energy, breathing Self-treatment, treating others, applying Reiki to plants, animals and crystals Using crystals in Reiki session Practical applications of Reiki

Please bring water for yourself and a healthy vegetarian snack for lunch. Wear comfortable clothes of natural material such as cotton or linen if possible.
