About the Event
Santosha is a free meditation class led by Sarah on Sundays from 10:30-11:30 am
The first half of the practice will be chanting a mantra to a deity and the remainder
will be silent meditation with ambient background music.
An optional mudra will be introduced to hold during the entire time.
Mantras and mudras are used in yogic practice to purify and harmonize your body, mind, and spirit.
Silent meditation is our personal journey inward.
