Art therapy is a hybrid field that combines art and psychology. Practice using the creative process to develop self awareness, explore your emotions, heal unresolved emotional conflicts, and increase your self esteem!
Please bring your own materials (i.e, pen, pencils, crayons, paper, instruments, etc.) Unfortunately, we cannot accept painting for cleaning purposes.
