About the Event
Allow yourself to relax, breathe and let go as you Immerse yourself in the ancient art of a Sound Journey, a full-body, deep-listening and felt experience. You will be bathed in sounds and vibrations of various instruments such as crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and rain sticks, allowing for a deeply restorative, meditative experience, allowing you to slow down, calm the nervous system, ground the body and balance emotions.
-Please bring any yoga mats, blankets and pillows etc you may need to lie comfortably on the floor for 1 hour
-Please be on time as a respect to other people. The door during the Sound Journey, will be locked.
-The event needs to be reserved ahead of time, no walk ins please.
