StayCation Retreat at Healing Reflections

THIS SATURDAY Join Dan and Sarah along with our good friends Betania and JoãoCarlos Gaspar Lorenco for heart opening and unforgettable retreat.

We will warm up our subtle and physical bodies to Kundalini Krya, unwind to a cacao ceremony during a guided meditation and finish with a Reiki healing sound bath with shamanic drumming.

are hosting a mini staycation retreat that will surely uplift and enliven the senses. This allows us to offer what we’re known for—guided meditation, kundalini yoga, reiki, and sound healing  to kick start the year and being in our new studio, we want all to be able to attend so this event is donation based and gives you a sneak peek for a retreat in Portugal that’s in the works  with our dear friends Betania and João!
