By simply breathing in and out , we will embark on an hour long journey back to our bodies to meet our own spiritual nature.
In this class there will be a 15 minute educational piece followed by breath analysis. During this time, participants will become aware of their breath patterns and what it means to their life experience. Afterwards you will feel lighter, brighter and more deeply connected to yourself and your breath.
When we open and expand our breath, it opens and expands our life in many fulfilling ways.
