Women's Circle with Jennifer: New Moon Intentions

We gather in circle, for a gentle body awareness meditation, light movement in the body, we share appreciation and gratitude, see the meaning in the moon, journaling, and a sharing of wisdom. All women are welcome, please bring a journal for reflection, and water to hydrate. The circles are intended as gatherings to know other heartfelt women.
