Join Kandy for this time for YOU! This 2 1/2 hour immersion offers a home-coming to the balance, beauty and best of you — directly and quietly. Experience peacefulness and stillness through direct, supportive guidance from Kandy’s wit and wisdom, as well as many yoga props. These are the elements to move inward, soothing the internal chatter, and to embrace your desires and needs to just be. Some yoga experience is beneficial. Bring some of your own props and use some of the Center’s.
